The Conference Committee is tasked with selecting the location, dates and times for the Annual Eastern Division Conference.

The 80th Conference was held  on May 17th, 18th  and 19th in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

The 81st Conference will be held at the Heritage Hills Golf Resort and Country Club in York PA
